Ready to Receive

A Natural Concierge Fertility Experience

By Application Only

Ready to Receive is a personalized fertility optimization experience for women and couples who are ready to move beyond guessing, tracking apps, and generic advice. Your cycle patterns, symptoms, health history, ovulation markers, and fertility goals are used to create a thoughtful plan that supports ovulation, strengthens preconception readiness, and evolves as your body gives us new information.

This is not a protocol-driven predetermined program. Every client begins with a private 12-week Foundations Phase. For those who would benefit from more cycle data, deeper refinement, or continued support, an additional 12-week Refinement Support Phase is available.

The Program

Grounded in functional medicine principles, cycle literacy, and an evidence-informed natural approach.

Ready to Receive is customized to your body, guided by your cycle, and shaped by your unique health history. This is a concierge experience, which means your plan is reviewed, refined, and adjusted as your cycle data, symptoms, goals, and body’s response give us new information.

Why Is Ready to Receive Built With 2 Phases?

Fertility is cycle-based. This means one month of information is rarely enough to understand the full fertility picture. Your cycle rhythm, ovulation signs, fertility window, luteal phase, sleep, stress, nutrition, partner factors, and cycle timing all provide clues. The more clearly we can interpret those clues, the more targeted your plan becomes.

🌱

Phase 1 — Foundations

The first 12 weeks helps us establish your baseline, identify priorities, and begin supporting the systems that influence conception readiness.

✨

Phase 2 — Refinement Support

The second 12 weeks allows us to observe additional cycles, refine your strategy, and support deeper physiological change — especially helpful when cycles are irregular, ovulation is unclear, or your fertility history is more complex.

This structure gives you both: a clear starting point, and a path for continued support if your body needs more time. You are not placed into a generic timeline or protocol. Instead, we progress based on your history, your symptoms, your cycle data, and your body’s response.

Our Method — How We Get You There

🎯

4. Refine + Renew

Re-assess and adjust your plan in real time based on what your body is telling us.

Phase 1: Foundations — Weeks 1–12

The first 12 weeks are focused on understanding your body’s baseline, creating your personalized Fertility Map, identifying key priorities, and building the foundations that support cycle health and conception readiness.

During this phase we begin to stabilize the foundational systems that influence reproductive health and help you understand what your cycle is actually showing you. This includes looking at cycle rhythm, ovulation signs, fertility window timing, luteal phase patterns, nutrition and nourishment, sleep and circadian rhythm, stress physiology, nervous system regulation, movement and recovery, blood sugar stability, spouse/partner factors when relevant, and lab referral considerations when indicated.

During the Foundations Phase, We May Work On:

✓ Full fertility and reproductive health intake

✓ Fertile window identification

✓ Microbiome and inflammation support

✓ Lifestyle and environmental fertility factors

✓ Nervous system regulation

✓ Movement and recovery planning

✓ Partner fertility considerations

✓ Personalized Fertility Map

✓ Ovulation pattern recognition

✓ Oral health and dental considerations

✓ Preconception resilience and pregnancy readiness

✓ Blood sugar stability and meal rhythm

✓ Luteal phase support

✓ Initial lab referral considerations when indicated

✓ Cycle tracking setup

✓ Sleep and circadian rhythm support

✓ Vaginal Microbiome considerations

✓ Thyroid, metabolic, and hormone red flags

✓ Fertility-supportive nutrition

✓ PMS, spotting, fatigue, anxiety, and sleep disruption patterns

✓ Next step planning

Important note: We do not go through the above areas methodically. Your plan is customized to the assessment, cycle and reproductive health data, history, and your body’s timeline. The milestones listed above are a menu — not a preset mandate. We work with your body and follow the responses and signals that it gives in order to proceed in the sequence that best supports your physiology.

By the End of the Foundations Phase, You Should Have:

✓ A clearer understanding of your cycle and fertility window

✓ A personalized Fertility Road Map showing your top priorities

✓ A simple, effective way to track your cycle without overwhelm

✓ Greater confidence identifying ovulation signs

✓ A fertility-supportive nutrition and meal rhythm plan

✓ A sleep, stress, and nervous system support strategy

✓ A movement and recovery plan that supports hormones

✓ A luteal phase support strategy when needed

✓ A spouse/partner factor plan when appropriate

✓ A clearer understanding of the possible fertility bottlenecks

✓ A next-step roadmap based on your body’s response

The goal is not to overwhelm you with more information. The goal is to help you know what matters most, what to focus on first, and what your next step should be.

Phase 2: Refinement Support — Weeks 13–24

The second 12 weeks allow us to help women and couples who would benefit from more time, more cycle data, and continued support. This phase allows us to refine your plan, deepen support, and make more informed decisions based on how your body is responding.

This phase is especially helpful when cycles are irregular or long, ovulation signs are unclear, luteal phase needs more support, symptoms are long standing, partner factors are involved, your fertility history is more complex, or your body simply needs more time to respond.

The goal of Phase 2 is not to do more — but to become more precise. More cycle data gives us more insight. More time allows for deeper physiological change. More support helps you stay steady and strategic through additional cycles.

During Phase 2, We May Work On:

✓ Tracking ovulation patterns across additional cycles

✓ Refining fertile window timing

✓ Continue to strengthen ovulation and luteal phase support

✓ Nutrition, sleep, stress, and recovery upgrades

✓ Addressing persistent PMS, spotting, fatigue, or sleep disruption

✓ Adjusting nutrition, movement, recovery, and stress strategies

✓ Deeper work with PCOS-type, long-cycle, or unexplained patterns

✓ Post-pill cycle restoration

✓ Partner fertility optimization

✓ Lab collaboration or referral guidance if appropriate

✓ Clear decision-making around when to continue naturally and when to escalate

✓ Emotional steadiness and practical support through additional cycles

Refinement Support may include weekly or adjusted-cadence sessions depending on your needs.

An Important Note on Labs & Supplements

This program does not include lab costs or supplement costs. If your history, symptoms, or cycle data suggest it would be helpful, I may recommend a short list of high-yield labs to help your plan be as targeted as possible.

The goal is not to test everything or overwhelm you with unnecessary supplements. The goal is to gather the most useful information when it would make your plan more targeted, precise, and clinically responsible.

The Process — Getting Started Is Simple

Many women and couples feel overwhelmed by fertility challenges. We are here to help ease the worry, doubt, and fear by replacing confusion with clarity, scattered advice with strategy, and uncertainty with a clear path forward.

01

Step 1

Begin with the Fertility Self-Assessment. A guided self-assessment that helps you organize your fertility goals, cycle history, symptoms, lifestyle factors, spouse/partner considerations, and current concerns. The Self-Assessment gives you a clearer starting point and helps us better understand what your body may be indicating and what it needs for conception.

02

Step 2

After completing the self-assessment, you may schedule a call to discuss your results and explore the most appropriate next step. During our conversation, we’ll review what you shared, answer your questions, and talk through your fertility concerns with care and clarity. Discuss whether Ready to Receive is aligned with your needs.

03

Step 3

If Ready to Receive is the appropriate next step and you choose to move forward, you’ll receive a private, secure enrollment link to complete your registration and payment. After enrollment, you’ll be welcomed into your private client portal and guided through the complete assessment and onboarding process.
