Refund & Guarantee Terms

1. Definitions

• —Purchase Date: The date on which payment is processed in full.
• —Satisfaction Guarantee Period: Seven (7) calendar days from the Purchase Date.
• —Signature Program: The Ready to Receive program.
• —Program Term: Six (6) months from the official start date for the Signature Program.
• —Conception: A verified positive pregnancy test confirmed by a licensed healthcare professional within the Program Term.
• —Verification: Reasonable documentation provided by the client to confirm guarantee eligibility.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (All Programs)

To qualify for a full refund under this guarantee, you must:

• ✦ Have attended all scheduled sessions (or sessions mutually rescheduled).
• ✦ Participated in the program in good faith.
• ✦ Submitted a written refund request within the 7-day window.

3. 6-Month Conception Commitment (Signature Program)

To qualify for a full refund under this guarantee, you must:

• ✦ Have fully completed all program components, including attendance and agreed practices.
• ✦ Actively attempted to conceive throughout the Program Term.
• ✦ Maintained recommended medical care where indicated.
• ✦ Provided required non-conception verification near the end of the Program Term.

4. No Medical Advice; Results Vary

• ✦ Services provided are educational and supportive in nature, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
• ✦ Individual outcomes vary significantly based on factors outside the scope of coaching.
• ✦ Clients should consult licensed healthcare providers for all medical decisions.

• ✦ 7-Day Guarantee requests must be submitted within the satisfaction period.
• ✦ Conception Commitment requests must be submitted within 14 days after the Program Term ends.
• ✦ Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method.

6. Termination; For-Cause Removal

The coach reserves the right to terminate or suspend services for material breaches of the program agreement or unsafe or abusive conduct. For-cause termination may void refund eligibility, except where required by applicable law.

7. Miscellaneous

• ✦ Governing law and venue apply per the coach's domicile and business state.
• ✦ If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder of these terms continues in effect.
• ✦ These terms, together with any signed agreements and intake forms, constitute the full agreement between the parties.
