Frequently Asked Questions
About the Program
What makes Ready to Receive different from other fertility programs?
Ready to Receive is a fully customized fertility plan built around your body, your cycle, your history, and your season of life. It is not a preset program that forces results before you’re ready. Every stage is thoughtfully planned and delivered at the right time, guided by our ongoing assessment and shaped by your goals, your comfort, and what you need most.
If you’re trying to conceive and feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice, inconsistent cycles, unclear ovulation signs, rushed appointments, or subtle pressure to “just move on” to invasive options, this high-touch, private program is designed to ground you with calm support, clear next steps, and meaningful progress, without making fertility the only thing you do.
This program is designed to help you understand your body more clearly by looking at the full reproductive wellness picture, your cycle patterns, ovulation signs, luteal phase health, stress physiology, sleep, nutrition, metabolic health, digestion, inflammation, nutrient status, uterine-pelvic health, and partner factors when relevant.
Instead of focusing only on ovulation tracking or “trying harder,” we look for the patterns that may be influencing your fertility and create a personalized roadmap based on your history, symptoms, goals, cycle data, and your body’s response over time.
Ready to Receive is also structured in phases. Every client begins with a 12-week Foundations Phase to establish clarity, identify priorities, and build the core supports for conception readiness. If more time and cycle data are needed, a 12-week Refinement Support Phase is available at no additional charge to fine-tune the plan and provide deeper, more personalized support.
The goal is to replace confusion with clarity, scattered advice with strategy, and overwhelm with a more organized, supported path forward.
How personalized is the support?
Every aspect of our program is designed around you; your body, your story, and your needs. From cycle patterns and test results to emotional stressors and lifestyle habits, your care plan is fully customized. We take the time to understand your values, goals, and daily reality, so the guidance you receive isn’t just effective, it is also aligned with who you are and how you live.
What is included in the program?
Ready to Receive includes private, concierge-level fertility support designed around your body, your cycle, and your goals.
During the 12-week Foundations Phase, we take a comprehensive look at your fertility picture, including your health history, cycle patterns, ovulation markers, symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition, stress, sleep, prior testing, previous fertility treatments, and what you have already tried.
From there, we create a personalized fertility optimization plan that may include cycle-guided nutrition and lifestyle support, ovulation support, targeted supplement recommendations, preconception preparation, symptom tracking, lab review or testing guidance, and male fertility considerations.
You’ll meet privately each week during the Foundations Phase, with support between sessions so you are not left to interpret everything on your own. Your plan is reviewed and refined as new information comes in from your cycle, symptoms, goals, and body’s response.
This is not a program where you are handed a protocol and expected to figure it out. Ready to Receive is designed to give you clarity, direction, and close support as you prepare your body for conception.
If additional support is needed, the 12-week Refinement Support Phase is available for continued guidance across more cycles
Is this a medical program?
This is holistic wellness program, created to support your fertility journey from the inside out. While I don’t provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or medical advice, I do help you build resilience, nourish fertility, metabolic flexibility, and to feel more grounded and prepared in your conception journey. We will implement lifestyle and mind-body practices that support your body’s natural ability to conceive, while you have the option to continue to work with your medical doctor or fertility clinic. Please consult your healthcare professional before adjusting any medical or prescription drug plan that you are currently on.
What is the difference between Ready to Receive and working with a fertility clinic?
A fertility clinic primarily focuses on the medical and reproductive aspects of conception, such as testing, diagnosis, medications, procedures, or assisted reproductive technologies when needed. Ready to Receive is different. My program focuses on the foundational pieces that can influence fertility and preconception health; your cycle patterns, ovulation, symptoms, nutrition, lifestyle, stress, hormone-supportive habits, and overall readiness to conceive and carry a healthy pregnancy.
These approaches can complement each other beautifully. Ready to Receive is not a replacement for medical fertility care, but it supports the areas where traditional treatment may not have the time or structure to go deeper.
Who This Is For
Is this program right for me if I’ve already been trying for a while and have been diagnosed with infertility?
Yes. The program is designed to support women with various fertility challenges, whether you’ve received a formal diagnosis or are experiencing unexplained infertility. We work to uncover and address the underlying factors that may be impacting your ability to conceive. If your heart is still committed to growing your family, we’re here to meet you exactly where you are; with insight, direction, and a fresh, holistic approach that brings clarity.
Can this program help me prepare for IVF or IUI?
Yes. Many of our clients come to us after multiple rounds of IVF, IUI, or fertility medications; often feeling exhausted, discouraged, or like something is still missing. This program is designed to address what those interventions may overlook: the deeper layers of physical, emotional, and spiritual readiness that truly support conception.
Whether your previous efforts were natural or medically assisted, this approach can help restore balance, rebuild trust in your body, and create the right internal environment for a healthy pregnancy. We’re here to support you with compassion and clarity, no matter where you’ve been on your journey.
Can this help prepare me for IVF if I’m not ready yet?
Yes, many women use this to prepare their body and mind before moving forward with IVF or other medical treatments. This can increase resilience, improve egg quality, and sometimes even lead to a natural conception before treatment begins.
Will I need to stop seeing my doctor or using other fertility treatments?
Not at all. This program can be a beautiful companion to traditional care. I’m here to support your whole being while you decide what works best for you medically.
Can I do this alongside acupuncture, nutrition support, or other fertility treatments?
Yes! If you’re already building your care team, this program can fill in gaps and create the clarity needed to bring it all together. Instead of conflicting advice, I help you integrate the best of what you’re doing and make sure it’s all moving toward your goal.
What if I haven’t been diagnosed with a fertility issue and live a healthy lifestyle, is this program still for me?
Absolutely. Many women join not because of an official diagnosis, but because they want to prepare their body, mind, and spirit for a healthy conception, pregnancy and baby. Even if you eat well, exercise, and do “everything right,” there may still be hidden imbalances or emotional stressors that can negatively affect conception.
Can this program work if I have PCOS, endometriosis, thyroid issues, or other conditions?
Yes. I have experience working with women facing a wide range of conditions. We focus on improving the underlying root causes and supporting your body holistically to improve your chances of conception.
Do you offer support for miscarriage recovery or secondary infertility?
Yes, and with deep compassion. If you are grieving or navigating the complexities of trying again, this program offers the emotional, mental, and physiological support to help you heal and move forward with hope.
Can I do this program if I’m over 35?
Yes, and you are not alone. Many of my clients are in their 30s and 40s. While age plays a role in fertility, it’s only one part of the picture. Your overall health, hormone balance, cycle patterns, and lifestyle foundations are very important. This program is designed to support those foundations so your body is as prepared and supported as possible for conception and a healthy pregnancy.
Is this program only for women, or can my spouse be involved too?
Ready to Receive is centered around the woman’s cycle, reproductive health, and preconception readiness, but spouse-partners are welcome to be involved when appropriate.
Fertility is not only a woman’s responsibility, spouse support can make a meaningful difference. Depending on your situation, your spouse may be included in conversations around timing, lifestyle, stress, nutrition, intimacy, communication, and shared decision-making.
For couples, the goal is to make fertility feel less like one person’s responsibility and more like a shared, supported journey toward conception.
Do you consider male fertility factors?
Yes. While Ready to Receive primarily focuses on the woman’s cycle and preconception health, male fertility factors are an important part of the overall fertility picture.
When relevant, we may discuss areas that can influence sperm health, such as lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, stress, toxin exposure, heat exposure, alcohol use, medications, and whether a semen analysis or medical evaluation may be appropriate.
Program Structure
How long is the program?
Every client begins with a private 12-week Foundations Phase. This initial phase gives us time to review your health history, observe cycle patterns, support ovulation, and begin implementing a personalized fertility optimization plan.
For women and couples who would benefit from more cycle data, deeper refinement, or continued guidance, an additional 12-week Refinement Support Phase is available. This allows the plan to evolve as your body responds and as we gather more information across additional cycles.
The goal is not to rush the process, but to create clarity, support the body consistently, and build a thoughtful plan that aligns with your natural cycle and individual needs.
How often will we meet?
During the 12-week Foundations Phase, we meet once per week. Each session is focused and purposeful, giving us time to review your progress, interpret what your cycle and symptoms are showing us, and adjust your plan as needed.
You’ll also have support between calls, so you’re not left wondering what to do next.
During the Refinement Support Phase, the meeting frequency may be adjusted based on your needs, cycle data, and level of support required. The goal is not to fill your weeks with more protocols, but to provide thoughtful, targeted guidance as your body responds. Communication remains close, responsive, and personalized throughout.
What kind of support can I expect between sessions?
You won’t be left on your own between appointments. You’ll have secure messaging access (via email or app) for questions, updates, or guidance throughout the week. This ongoing connection ensures you are supported, encouraged, and never alone on your journey, so you’ll be making steady progress even between sessions. You are given a total of 6 months of support.
What if I have a demanding schedule - is this flexible?
Completely. Sessions are scheduled at convenient times and access to resources is available 24/7. Everything is designed to fit into your life, not disrupt it.
How many clients do you take at a time?
I intentionally keep my client load small so I can give each woman or couple the attention, care, and responsiveness this work deserves. Ready to Receive is not a “fertility in a box” program. This is a custom, concierge-level experience built around your body, your cycle, and your needs.
When can I start?
You can begin as soon as a spot becomes available and we determine that Ready to Receive is the right fit for your needs. Because this is a concierge experience, I only work with a limited number of clients at one time.
To apply, you’ll complete the Fertility Self-Assessment and answer a few short pre-call questions. Then, you’ll schedule a call where we’ll review your results, talk through your goals, and discuss whether the program is the right fit, along with timing and the next available opening.
Testing, Nutrition, Supplements
Do I need to get lab work done before joining?
Not necessarily. If you already have recent labs, that’s great, but it’s not required to get started. We’ll review if and when testing may become appropriate based on our assessment.
Will I need supplements and will you provide a meal plan?
While some targeted nutritional supplementation may be recommended as part of your personalized plan, we prioritize affordable, accessible options. We also focus on building a foundation with whole foods first, so you won’t be required to buy expensive, proprietary products.
You’ll receive clear, personalized guidance on nutrition and meal planning. Rather than handing you a generic meal plan, we’ll work together to make sustainable, easy to follow, nourishing changes that align with your lifestyle, preferences, and fertility goals. Every recommendation is thoughtfully tailored to support your unique path to conception.
Results & Expectations
What kind of results can I expect and how soon?
Everybody is different, but many clients report measurable shifts, such as; more regular cycles, better sleep, reduced stress, improved digestion, or decreased PMS, within the first 1–3 months. These early wins often point to deeper changes happening under the surface, which contribute to a healthier environment for conception.
Do you guarantee that I will get pregnant?
Ready to Receive is designed to support your fertility by improving preconception readiness, strengthening ovulation awareness, identifying patterns that may need attention, and helping you respond to what your body and cycle are revealing.
The goal is to create a clearer, more supported path forward, one that helps optimize reproductive vitality, reduce guesswork, and support the foundations your body needs for conception and a healthy pregnancy. However, no fertility program can ethically guarantee pregnancy.
How do you know this program works?
Because it’s built on principles that support real, lasting change, not trends, guesswork, or a quick fix. This program is the result of years of clinical experience, rooted in evidence-based functional medicine, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs. After months or even years of disappointment, clients then go on to conceive, carry healthy pregnancies, and feel empowered in their bodies again. It’s not about hoping for the best, it’s about partnering with your body through intentional, personalized care and a proven, supportive process.
What if I don’t conceive within 6 months?
This program was developed for long-term, foundational results. If you haven’t conceived within six months, you’ll have the option to continue working with us under extended guidance.
At that point, we’ll conduct a thorough reassessment of your progress, reevaluate your fertility potential, and help you determine the best path forward. If continuing feels right for you, we’ll revise your protocol and keep supporting you with care and clarity.
Even before conception, many clients experience meaningful improvements in menstrual cycle health, hormone balance, emotional resilience, and overall wellbeing. These are powerful indicators that the body is moving into alignment, and that you’re on the path to lasting success.
Investment, Privacy & Next Steps
Is there a payment plan available?
At this time, Ready to Receive does not offer payment plans. Full payment is required prior to the start of the program in order to reserve your place.
Because this is a private, individualized plan, with limited availability, this structure allows me to provide the depth of preparation, personalization, and responsive support each client receives throughout the program.
I understand this is a meaningful investment in your health, fertility, and future family. During your Clarity Call, we’ll review your fertility self-assessment, discuss your goals, walk through the program structure and investment, and determine together whether Ready to Receive is the right fit before moving forward.
How do I get started?
Start by completing the Fertility Clarity Map. From there, you’ll schedule a complimentary Clarity Call where we’ll review your results, discuss your current situation and goals, and determine whether Ready to Receive is the right fit.
If accepted, we’ll talk through timing, availability, and the next steps to begin.
Will anyone else know I’m in the program?
Your privacy is deeply respected and highly discreet. While you’re always welcome to share your journey, nothing about your participation is ever made public. We’re also HIPAA-compliant, so your personal health information is protected and handled with the highest standard of confidentiality.
